Help make an exceptional worship experience. We have opportunities for Greeters, Ushers, Hospitality, and Welcome Center help. This is a great way to connect more deeply within New Heights and meet some great people!

Are you interested in joining a Worship Team? We regularly audition skilled instrumentalists and vocalists.

Wonder what it takes backstage to make the worship services happen? Interested in sound, lights, video, and what goes onscreen? The Tech Ministry may be for you. No prior experience is needed. We’ll train you!

Higher Grounds coffee shop serves Hillcrest each Sunday morning and often with other events, opening and serving coffee and other beverages to individuals. This serve area requires training which will be provided.

Interested in making a difference in the life of a child? We have many opportunities for you to get involved and serve in Hillcrest Kids.

We are dedicated to creating a fun and loving environment where children in Kindergarten through 5th Grade can learn about Jesus. During their time with Hillcrest Kids, your child will explore Scripture, make new friends, and have a ton of fun along the way.

Middle School and High School are formative years in spiritual growth. Our youth ministry is rewarding and exciting places to serve. We have a wide range of opportunities. Some of them are working directly with the students. Others support the ministries with behind-the-scenes needs.

Upward Fall Flag Football is designed for young boys and girls to discover their passion for the sport as well as improve their game through healthy competition. Upward promotes the discovery of Jesus through sports emphasizing total player development.

The Care and Connection team links individuals in our church family who have practical or physical needs with members who are gifted and willing to help. Team members serve by coordinating support and building relationships that strengthen our community.

We have a great team of individuals who care about the safety and security of our people, before, during, and after every gathering. This position requires training and a background check.

We have a lovely building and beautiful grounds to care for at Hillcrest. Our 11 acres are a blessing to steward, and that means there are many places our Facilities and Grounds team help care for.
